Adjust TS2 production plot with area of ​​198,200m2 to 181,498,06 productive land and 16,701,94m2 of resort land.

Adjust the TS3 production lot with area of ​​198,200m2 to 165,454.61m2 of production land and 32,745.39 m2 of tourist resort land.

Adjusting the green lot of CX5 land with an area of ​​107,269.08 m2 into 31,936.25 m2 of greenery land and 75,332,83 m2 of resort land.

Adjusting the lot of traffic land CX5 has an area of ​​26,235.16 m2 into 26,235.16 m2 of tourist resort land.

The total area of ​​tourist resort land formed after adjusting the planning of 151,015.32m2. The ground floor has high floors up to 30 floors.

The area of ​​more than 15.1 ha will be invested by Quoc Huong Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company as an investor and invested in the project of a sea tourism area to the Northeast adjacent to the planned road, the Northwest borders on the planning road. Previously, at the beginning of December 2018, the Provincial People's Committee also issued Decision No. 3456 / QD-UBND to recover 140,607.7 m2 of land in Phuoc Hai town, Dat Do district managed by Phuoc Hai Town People's Committee to give the Company Quoc Huong Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company leases all of the acquired land and uses it for commercial land and services to invest in a project of sea tourism and resort.

The form of renting land pays a lump sum of rent for the entire lease period. Land lease term until 2063.

Investment policy since 2006

The project of the Sea Tourist Area in Phuoc Hai town, Dat Do district, invested by Quoc Huong Tourism Joint Stock Company, was approved by the provincial People's Committee on the policy in Document No. 3208 / QD-UBND dated October 12 in 2006.

By the end of 2010, the project was approved with detailed construction planning tasks at the rate of 1/500.

In early 2011, the provincial People's Committee approved a detailed construction plan of a scale of 1/500 with a total area of ​​20.4 hectares, adjacent to the National Center for Aquaculture Breeding, Phuong Trang tourist area.

The project is defined as a beach resort with full functions of tourism, entertainment, relaxation, swimming, visiting aquaculture areas, spiritual tourism to visit Ca Ong tomb and a supply place. Aquaculture technical services for regional aquaculture areas.

The project is expected to be basically completed and put into operation in the 2013-2015 period.
