According to the report of the Management Board of Industrial Zones, Phu My 3 Sports Park project (including 18-hole golf course) is planned at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Phuoc Hoa Ward, Thi Phu My commune.
The land to implement the project approved 1/2000 planning is the land for sport green trees. Currently, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company (investor) has compensated for ground clearance of 911.7 ha in the total area of 999 ha; at the same time deploying leveling, construction of technical infrastructure for the first 300 ha of the project and completing the technical infrastructure system, facilities and technical services such as: roads, rain water drainage system, sewage collection system, underground power supply system, ...
At the meeting, the Management Board of Industrial Zones recommended the Provincial People's Committee to consider proposing the Ministry of Planning and Investment to supplement the golf course of Phu My 3 Sports Park project to the Vietnam Golf Course planning until the year. 2020 to create favorable conditions for Ba Ria - Vung Tau province in general and the Industrial Park Owner in particular in attracting potential investors.
Ba Ria - Vung Tau provincial leaders basically supported the above proposal of the Management Board of industrial parks. He asked relevant departments and agencies to prepare dossiers and procedures to submit to competent authorities for consideration and approval.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau also proposed GaMi Company and the consulting unit to receive comments of the departments and branches at the meeting, supplement and finalize the plan to report to the Provincial Party Committee. .
