Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh, Deputy Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Association (Real Estate) said that the real estate market in 2019 will have many positive changes. In particular, Phu Quoc and Van Don will no longer have virtual fever, expected to grow very well.
Forecast of real estate market (2019), Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh, representative of Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Association, said that Phu Quoc and Van Don areas will no longer have hot, virtual and bubble fever like in 2017 -2018. Instead, these two real estate markets will grow well thanks to the favorable factors for tourism development such as the casino in Phu Quoc and the upgraded infrastructure in Van Don in the past.
"I am sure that Phu Quoc and Van Don real estate market will grow very well, especially in the resort segment will have good consumption in 2019," Mr. Dinh said.
Regarding the opening of trading orders for Van Don real estate market, Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh stated that there was no disturbance, any big changes in Van Don market after this decision. On the contrary, opening orders will solve the situation of real estate transaction bottlenecks in this locality in recent years.
“A locality that does not have real estate transactions is clear that the real estate market will be distorted, numb, and may even lead to very bad consequences in the long term. When opening orders, uncompleted transactions in the period before being banned will be traded again, removing obstacles and difficulties for investors as well as people. In addition, real estate development projects will continue to be invested, ”said Nguyen Van Dinh.
“I think that Quang Ninh government, particularly Van Don had lessons after the virtual land fever occurred in early 2018, at the end of 2017, since then, there were appropriate adjustments and management to limit the situation. The status of buying and selling land illegally, contrary to the previous planning, ”he added.
However, he also warned in 2019, in some other localities, there may appear phenomena of self-leveling agricultural land, forest land, in order to set up projects to divide the ground against regulations. Local authorities need to monitor and treat preventive measures. Investors must be vigilant and should not participate.
