Lao Cai: Auctioning "golden land" in Sapa ancient town
Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee has just approved the decision on land auction plan and decided to auction land use rights for some land plots in tourist town of Sa Pa, Sa Pa district, Lao Cai province..
This is considered the golden parcel of land because it is located in the most favorable position in the tourist town of Sapa.
23 urban land plots with a total area of 2,117.23 m2 are located in Cau May Street, Dong Loi Street is auctioned to select investors to implement commercial townhouse projects, food services and hotels.
2 commercial and service land plots in Dong Loi street with a total area of 3,230.72 m2, commercial and service land use purposes, 50-year land use duration, forms of land use right auction land for rent is paid once for the whole rental period. Currently, the ground is clean and not entangled.
The reserve price is approved at Decision 3989 of December 7, 2018 by Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee:
- Urban residential land in Cau May street and Dong Loi street: one road surface plot is over 72.8 million / m2. The parcel of land with two road surfaces is over 94.7 million dong / m2.
- Commercial and service land in Dong Loi street: more than 43.7 million VND / m2.
It is expected that the State will earn more than VND 304 billion from the auction.
