Works by 3 affiliates include: Long Van Infrastructure Investment and Development Company Limited; Van Don Solar Joint Stock Company; Cong Thanh Transport Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company contributes investment capital, establishes a project enterprise named Van Don Infrastructure Investment and Development Company Limited. The project has a total investment of VND 11,119,625 billion, expected to be constructed in 2 years.
High speed deployed on an area of 456.2ha in the districts of Van Don, Tien Yen, Dam Ha, Hai Ha and Mong Cai City. In particular, the first point at Km70 + 108 (Doan Ket commune, Van Don district), the end point at Km150 + 339 (intersection with provincial road 335, coincides with the end of the Bac Luan II bridge project, Mong Cai city).
The total length of construction of the route is 79.31km, 4-lane road, design speed is 100km / h, and the investor is asking to increase the design speed to 120km / h according to TCVN 5729-2012.
To prepare for the project, Quang Ninh province contributed counterpart funds, carrying out site clearance compensation with the amount of more than VND 1,400 billion. Up to now, site clearance work has been completed, land mines and waste disposal areas for earthwork and excavation have also been planned.
After completion, the road will shorten the travel time from Van Don and Mong Cai to 2h30 'to nearly 1 hour, convenient for road traffic from Lang Son to Mong Cai, Van Don and Ha Long directions, promote efficiency after investment of Van Don Airport.
