Cafeland - Quang Nam People's Committee has approved the detailed plan to build a scale of 1/500 Dong Giang Heaven Gate eco-tourism area in A Son village, That Cooih commune, Dong Giang district.

According to the plan, Dong Giang Heaven Gate eco-tourism area has a total area of ​​120ha, divided into 4 main areas:

Place 1: Area of ​​about 15.93ha, located in the South of the planning area, the main function is support services - technical infrastructure, including: Reception, operator of parking area - tree square green; Auxiliary items: Ticket sales, souvenirs, beer houses of historical relics, rest houses, covered walkways, sightings, toilets, waste water treatment areas, garbage collection ;

Place 2: Area is about 60.6ha, located in the central area to the south, the main function is ecotourism service, including: Holiday cottages, sight-seeing towers, auxiliary houses, restaurants, bridges roofs, rescue houses, performers, operators; display area, park managers, toilets;

Place 3: The area is about 29.72ha, located in the central area to the south, the main function is cultural tourism services, including: City wall (Ancient citadel architecture), outdoor and gas sales. cable cars, restaurants, sight stations, auxiliary blocks, covered corridors, display houses (the theme of a retreat); view towers, restaurants, hotels, sales display blocks;

Place 4: The area is about 13.79 ha, arranged in the North, the main function is to stay in hotels and restaurants, including: Residence, sight-seeing tower, cable car station, auxiliary block, zone Have fun in the house, operator, toilet, break.

The maximum construction density of the project is 25%, especially for areas with protection forest land of a maximum of 5%.

The height of the building is from 1 to 5 floors, and 3 towers only have high floor of 9, 10 and 13 (maximum height of 42m).

Total investment capital of the project is more than 400 billion VND, in which Hang Gop Ecotourism Zone Joint Stock Company (FVG group) contributes 20% of the total investment capital; loans from commercial banks accounted for 80% of the total investment capital.

The project operates within 50 years, from 2018. It is expected to start construction and put into operation in the first phase from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of 2019. By the third quarter of 2021, the whole project will be officially put into operation.

Dong Giang Heaven Gate eco-tourism area is bordered on the east by Ka Dang commune in the east, by Coong A Lanh mountain in the west, adjacent to DT 609 in the south and Coong Our mountain in the north.
