Quang Ninh selects investors to build urban areas with more than 3,000 billion VND

Ninh Duong new urban area project (phase 1) has just been included in the list of projects that use land outside the budget to select investors in the city. Mong Cai.

According to the approved plan, the urban area size is 406,162.8m2. In particular, the area of the current Hoa Binh avenue is 18,558.9m2; the planned area is 387.603.8m2. Location of the project is in Ninh Duong ward and Hai Yen ward, TP. Mong Cai.

The project has an estimated total investment of VND 3,153 billion, approved detailed plan of 1/500 from October 2018.

In terms of investment scale, the project will build 134 villas, 681 townhouses (5 floors / apartment); investment in technical infrastructure system and connection with the regional technical infrastructure, 20% of the land fund The project will be used for social housing construction, with an area equivalent to about 26,230 m2.

Project implementation period is from 2019 to 2021.
