Mr. Tien added that if Ho Chi Minh City handed over the site in June, Trung Nam would try to complete the entire flood-proofing project at the end of 2019 or at least put it into operation in the first quarter of 2020. Recently , TP has adjusted a number of routes to reduce the clearance compensation (land acquisition). Therefore, 97/238 households have been reduced to land acquisition.

"All problems, the recommendations of departments, agencies and investors have been solved by the City People's Committee.
